Our Reason Why.
Our name says it all. We feel we are in need of an Epiphany Patrol. We need to weak at Dawn away from ourselves. To find us, as a race, unrecognizable from what just yesterday we so determined to be. Dawn Patrol is conceived by individuals who have decided to avoid hate at all cost by leaving behind the importance we are thought to think we have. Human prejudices and arrogance has created an inhumane society in which reason, love, decency, ethics, morals, joy, self realization and evolution has given in to suffering, hate, prejudice, war, unkindness, violence and stupidity. Is this life? From our perspective, this just seems like Hell. Digging our own grave just because we, the most evolved of all the races known in this planet, are arrogant and plain ignorant. We’ve heard, “ignorance is bliss” and we have to agree; but ignorance also means many things. Being ignorant leads to suffering, hate and violence, which lead to victims, death and the consolidation of an inhumane society. Society that Dawn Patrol oppose.
Dawn Patrol stands for an experience, being our job to create and innovate on what we have learned. It’s almost a moral law, for us to speak out and become activist of a worldwide change. We, as Dawn patrol intent to bring people together for radical movements. Our First Step, as there is always one; Is for US to change.
Dawn Patrol, our Crew, the individuals behind this project have gone through a stage of; as we said, epiphanies. One by one, we evolved from every single detail. From a lawyer, a Civil engineer, mechanical engineer, a internationalist with a master in Customs and world trade to just people with the need of break out of the hate growing in within ourselves. Most likely we were and have always been rebels, but at some point we gave in. We made compromises, we almost forgot who we were and who we wanted to be, and we have to say. We did nothing great. To gain control over our identity, that we almost lost in the process of becoming someone productive that could make our parents proud; is really not an accomplishment. An accomplishment would have been to never have lost our inner child. Our dreams, Innocence and the illusion that there is nothing impossible. To have never lost that same thing that makes us humans instead of robots in gray suits. The process of leaving all that you have been thought to be right it is not easy but it must be done nonetheless. Breaking our moral cages in which we have been all of our lives, is just an overwhelming feeling that every individual alive should experience. That’s our feeling and overall that is what be bring. The opportunity of learning to unlearn. To steal our minds from any prejudice and to finally feel that we are free.

Nuestro Nombre habla por sí. Independiente de aquellos. En busca de epifanías. Necesitamos despertar en el amanecer lejos de nosotros mismos. Encontrarnos y descubrirnos como raza irreconocibles ante lo que en el pasado estábamos determinados a ser. El Proyecto Dawn Patrol es concebido por individuos que han decidido evadir el odio a toda costa, despojándonos de la importancia que nos enseñaron a creer que nos era innata. Prejuicios humanos y la arrogancia han contribuido en la creación de una sociedad inhumana en donde la razón, amor, decencia, ética, moral, disfrute, realización y evolución han, sin duda, cedido ante el odio, prejuicios, guerra, violencia, estupidez y amoralidad. ¿Puedo ser esto vivir? Desde nuestra perspectiva se parece más el infierno del que profetan las religiones. Cavando, hundidos en una tumba solo por ser aquellos; que aunque los más evolucionados de las raza conocidas, somos a su vez, arrogantes y sencillamente ignorantes. Hemos escuchado, “La ignorancia es perfecta” y debemos confirmar esta frase, aunque también señalar que la ignorancia se configura como causa de otras cosas. Ser ignorante genera sufrimiento, odio y violencia; conllevando estas a víctimas, muerte y la consolidación de una sociedad absurda e inhumana. Sociedad a la que Dawn Patrol se Opone fielmente.
Dawn Patrol implica una experiencia. Nuestra obligación resulta en crear e innovar sobre aquello que hemos llegado a aprender. Es nuestro mandato moral. Hablar, redactar, diseñar, escribir y proponer, involucrando y pretendiendo el activismo en un cambio mundial. Nosotros, como Dawn Patrol pretendemos acercar a los individuos y organizarse para cambio y movimientos radicales. Nuestro Primer paso, ya que siempre debe haber uno, es el nuestro.
Dawn Patrol, nuestro equipo, las individualidades detrás de este proyecto ha sucumbido ante el cambio y la transformación. Las epifanías son nuestra causa, consecuencia directa de ellas. Evolucionado, transformaciones hemos experimentado desde el más diminuto detalle. Desde Abogado, Ingeniero Civil, Ingeniero Mecánico e internacionalista con un Postgrado en Aduanas y Comercio exterior a solo personas, sin título alguno, que encuentran reunión en la necesidad de erradicar, limitar y exterminar el odio que crece; o crecía perennemente en nuestros adentros. Quizás, siempre hemos sido rebeldes, en contra, opuestos; pero en algún momento cedimos. Comprometimos. A segundos de olvidarnos y perder nuestra identidad. Confesamos no hemos logrado nada. No hemos cumplido. Recuperar nuestra identidad, luego de casi perderla en el proceso de ser productivos socialmente y confirmar el orgullo de nuestros padres; no es logro alguno. Logro, hubiese sido nunca encontrar nuestra mente en tal situación. Nunca haber perdido el niño que existe en nosotros, nuestros sueños, inocencia y la ilusión de que no existen imposibles. Nunca haber perdido aquello que nos hace humanos diferenciándonos de simples robots.

El proceso que comprende dejar todo aquello que hemos aprendido no es fácil, pero sin embargo es un deber hacerlo. Ser libre de las jaulas y rejas en la que hemos vivido todas nuestras vidas es un sentimiento sobre acogedor que ningún individuo debe morir sin experimentar. Ese es nuestro sentimiento, nuestro mandato y en término sencillo lo que proponemos. La oportunidad de aprender a desaprender. Robar a nuestra mente de cualquier prejuicio, indicio de arrogancia o ignorancia y por fin, luego de tanto sentir que somos Libres.
